Our obsession with carrot juice and attention to detail
At our plantations we make sure to produce agricultural products without using any chemical fertilizers or agricultural chemicals whatsoever.
We are particularly passionate about our ‘carrots.’ As one of the vegetables that children outwardly state they dislike, with resolve we have spent 10 years researching how to make children somehow like carrots.
As a result, we have chemically analysed the reason why children dislike carrots, and we have come to the conclusion that the reason that children experience an unpleasant taste is because of lye. From there we continued our passionate and steady efforts, and thus we completed our ‘Carrot research’ in making our raw carrots sweet with a refreshing aftertaste that’s similar to persimmon fruit.
At our plantations, we have spent another three years researching how to make them easier to eat, and thus we completed our ‘100% whole carrot juice.’
There are people who drink carrot juice every day for their health. However, carrot juice is extremely bitter to drink, and so it’s a beverage that has a lot of additives and mixtures in it to mask the taste.
